Projecting cable TV in Fornetti Hall

Bay West now has access to cable television in Fornetti Hall. In order to view an televised event, here are the required steps:


1. Notify the IT Department so the audio system will be set up ahead of time.


2. Locate the podium and remotes in Fornetti Hall.

3. Using the Cable TV remote, point under the podium press the power button to turn on the cable box.

4. On the top of the podium you will see two HDMI cords labeled "PC" and "TV". The PC should already be plugged in and if it simply unplug in and plug in the TV cord.

5. Use the projector remote to power on the projector. After a minute or two the projected image should be the last channel used on the cable box.

Remember to turn off all devices when leaving the room. If the system isn't working as expected, please contact the Computer Center at: 906-302-3200.
