Setting up a One-time conference session

1. Log into the Mitel Web Portal (this login password may be different from the one your normally use and you may need to request a password reset from our network administrator)
Mitel Web Portal login screen.

2. Select your conference type. If you are only using phones you would select Audio Only for the conference type.
The home screen tab showing an Instant Conference set-up menu. The type of conference (e.g. Audio Only, Audio and Web, etc.), your phone number and phone numbers of participants are required in the Instant Conference area.

3. Be sure to select the correct dates/times. Always allow yourself extra time at the beginning for setup and at the end in case you go over the planned time.

The one time conference tab showing a menu for scheduling a conference. This is a more detailed menu than the instant conference shown above.

4. Click OK when you are complete.
5. After step #4 you'll receive a window with all your meeting information. Participants will dial the Dial-in Number and enter their Participant Access Code.

After completing conference set up, a dial-in number and participant access code is generated in a gray box to the right of the conference information.

You can also use the calendar invite to directly add the event onto Outlook.
