I can't login to my Bay College Accounts!

Common Login Troubles

Email

  • When logging into the Bay College email be sure to ONLY use your username. If you try using your full Bay College email it will not work.

Bay Email Online

Account is locked

  • After 15 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will lock for a half hour. You can wait the half hour or call the IT Help Desk to unlock your account.
  • Recent password change - If you recently changed your password and your account keeps locking, most likely you have a device synced up to Bay College email or wireless. These devices will keep trying to authenticate with the old password causing the account to lock. You'll need to update the password the device(s). You can check the devices that have your email synced by logging into the Outlook Web App . Viewing Devices synced to Exchange provides step by step instructions.

Expired Password

Bay College's password policy requires users to change their password at least once every 365 days. Please visit the Password Manager to change your password. If you are on a campus computer you can also press CTRL+ALT+DEL and click Change Password. If you need assistance, please contact the IT Help Desk. Changing my Bay College password provides all of the ways of changing your Bay College password.

The password on my letter of acceptance will not work in Password Manager.

There are some returning students who have re-applied and their Welcome,123456 password does not work in the myBay Password Manager. If you are having this issue, please contact the IT Help Desk for a password reset.

I can't remember my secret questions.

You can update your secret questions on the myBay Password Manager. Updating your security questions provides step by step instructions.
