Logging in for the first time

Your Default Password

For new students and employees, your default password is comprised of the word Welcome (with a capital W) followed by a comma then your ID number.
For example, If your ID number is 12345 then your password will be: Welcome,12345

Please note that if you are a returning student, this process may not work for you and you will need to contact the help desk for a manual password reset. The IT help desk can be reached at (906) 217-4025 or (906) 302-3025

First time setup process

First Time Users : Setting up your Bay College account is a three step process.

1. Review and accept Security Policy.
2. Setup 3 secret questions.
3. Change the default password (see Your Default Password above).
