Zoom is simple enough to join from an invite, but email invites won't be able to appear on our Polycom equipment. In order to connect to a hosted Zoom session, you will need to confirm that the users hosting have a Zoom room connector. You will then need to call the Zoom IP based on geographical location the the host first (for United States you will use 162.255.36.11), followed by two ## and the room ID number. What you would be dialing in the Polycom "Call" menu dialpad, would look like this:

Geographical location address##Room meeting ID number

An example call in the United States would look like this: 162.255.36.11##96086000

Depending on the hardware or version the Polycom room is using you may have to dial it as "Room meeting ID@162.255.36.11" if the above method doesn't work.
