Zoom Rooms

As of 6/28/2022 there are 7 total zoom rooms that can be used as classrooms/event devices for holding videoconferencing meetings. This document is intended to cover some of the necessary elements for use of the rooms.

The zoom room meeting will use the settings specific to the individual or resources used to set up the meeting. If my personal zoom account prevents participants from sharing content, and I invite a zoom room as a resource to the meeting, when I start the meeting from the zoom room, I will not be able to share content. The zoom room is a participant and the creater of the meeting has declined to allow participants to share content. The default value for any zoom account is to allow participants to share content.
