Software Center
Bay College IT makes some programs (Like Lockdown Browser) available for any user to install or remove using Software Center in the Start Menu.
- You must be on-campus or connected to the VPN.
Using Software Center
- Go to the start menu and type in Software Center or use the shortcut on the desktop if present.
Software Center Refresh
If Software Center is missing the item you're looking for, any user can run a refresh action:
- Go to the Start menu, type Control Panel in the search box and open it.
- In the top right of the window click on View by: Category and change it to Small Icons
- Open Configuration Manager
- Click on the Actions tab
- For each Action in the list click on it, then click Run Now
Software Center should be fully populated!
