Sign-in is a requirement of Adobe's new licensing model and cannot be changed or controlled by the IT Department.

The user should NEVER attempt to login directly to Adobe Acrobat. That never works no matter what Adobe's site may say.

Recommended Login Process

  1. Double-click on the Adobe Creative Cloud App

Notes on Adobe Sign-Ins

  1. You can't be signed into more than 2 machines at a time. If you try to sign into a third you will be presented with a choice of which computer to sign-out of.
  2. Employees can use this sign-in at home to use Creative Cloud for school purposes while off-campus. This counts as one of your two log-ins.
